Unpowered Chassis

36" long over the coupler pockets, 34" long 15" wide over the end beams.  22" wheelbase.  Doesn't track well with less than 65lbs.

A flatcar made from cedar on this frame.  Getting enough weight for proper tracking with the long wheelbase and only two axles has been a challenge.  This car has been permanently assigned to portable power service, it works very well with a 90lb generator onboard.  If you are not planning on using this as a riding car a shorter wheelbase is recommended.
